Stewardship: A Faith-Filled Adventure
Pastor Phil Vance
April 22, 2018
Highlights:
A steward owns nothing.
A steward is a manager of God’s stuff.
A steward must minister to others the gifts he has received.
God’s resources for you to steward
Time: the years God is allowing you to live on this earth
Talents: the abilities God has given you.
What you don’t use you lose.
Treasure: the finances God has allowed you to have.
God doesn’t need your money but your heart is tied to it.
Don’t miss out on God’s blessing by not tithing.
Discussion Questions:
What would it mean to you to hear the Lord say of the way you’ve stewarded your life, “well done, good and faithful servant?”
What opportunities do you have to multiply the talents God has gifted you with? How will this multiplication bring God glory?
Share together how you have seen the Lord multiply an offering in surprising ways for His purposes?
